Tiger works on Shodor Ghater Tiger ship building on the opposite side of Sadarghat. The identity of street child Tiger is that he lives in the passenger camps, boats, ships and warehouses of Sadarghat, so the old Sadarghat is his home. He usually walks on both sides of the ghat and a beautiful girl named Laili lives here.

Tiger falls in love with Laili later, and Laili rejects him. Since then, Tiger has not left Shodor Ghater Tiger (2020) Laili behind. Laili gets annoyed with Tiger’s pain. Thus, the story of Tiger in Sadarghat in begins. Tiger of Sadarghat is a web series created by Suman Anwar which combines action, thriller and suspense. The web series is based on cadre politics of old Dhaka. Ship worker Tiger falls in love with sex worker Laila. Accepting Tiger’s love proposal, Laili dreams of leaving the life of a prostitute and starting a family with Tiger. At that time, Jabed, the influential commissioner of his client’s area, was killed by his opponent in front of him. Thinking that he could be a witness, the murderer tried to kill him immediately. By that time she ran away to her lover. The opposing Kalam Commissioner’s men chased him with the intention of killing him. In the same way, Javed Commissioner’s people and members of the detective police followed Laili as the main witness of the case. As a result of this, one after another murders happened in the area. The end result is the death of both of them together. Shyamal Mawla played the title role of the web series and Farhana Hamid played the role of Laili. Suman Anwar, the director of the web series said, basically we are all tired of telling the story of a limited space for a long time on television. I have appeared in front of the audience many times with a rural story of Upamar Bangladesh outside the city of It Kath. The audience also loved the story and united with us. Still, I was looking for a space to tell the story freely like in the West.
